You will never want to leave...

*Nightly Rate...*	$245 for 2 guests - 2 night minimum (except holidays.)
*Weekly Rate...*	Book 7 nights for the price of 6 (except around holidays and other discounted timeframes.)
*Extra guests...*	$25 each per night up to a maximum of 6 (including children of all ages.)
*Holidays...*	3 to 4 night minimum depending on when the holiday falls...and a 10% surcharge will be applied around major holidays.
*Seasonal Discount...*	15% discount - November 15th through March 15th (except around holidays and cannot be used in conjunction with discount for weekly rate.) *Winter in Yosemite is not only gorgeous but offers uncrowded roadways in and around the valley.*

Please note that we allow only one discount per stay - you cannot combine discounts.

	An 11%* combined county occupancy tax & tourism assessment fee will be applied to all rates.*
	$250 Security Deposit which will be refunded approximately two weeks after departure less damage, breakage and extraordinary cleaning fees.
	$85 non-refundable cleaning fee for 2 guests... $95 non-refundable cleaning fee for 3 to 6 guests...
	A 5% service fee will be applied to out-of-country transactions.
	There is a Pet Fee & Pet Policy - please inquire.

To hold your reservation the $250 Security Deposit is due within 5 business days from the date the reservation is placed with full payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for holidays and stays of 7 nights or more).

For cancellations:

The following refund applies:

30 or more days before arrival (45 days for holidays & stays of 7 nights or more)		A full refund will be made (less a $25* cancellation fee).*

21 - 29 days before arrival (36 - 44 days for holidays & stays of 7 nights or more)		50% of the rental amount will be refunded.

Within 20 days of arrival (35 days for holidays & stays of 7 nights or more)		50% of the rental amount will be refunded only if a substitute reservation occurs for canceled dates.
